The rewards are more like a cherry on top. I think we're all here to experience and receive and show gratitude to our peers. Cons: Small usability problems. Would be great to have more ways to recognise groups. As a manager I would welcome ability to create private challenges for teams with custom rewards (maybe it's more about having admin rights than lack of functionalities).
