Pros/Cons
Pros
- It has helped me to get to know fellow members of your team, and it is wonderful that you can recognize helpful colleagues. So this products is great for team building.
- Activities can be used to engage everyone and bring people out of their shell, while recognition and rewards incentivize the use of the app and encourages everyone to participate.
- It rewards the employees with gift cards for participating in different fun challenges. Also helps build a solid foundation amongst peers.
Cons
- This may be user error, but I have not been able to recognize everyone in our organization.
- When you miss a day you can't go back and update it.
- The only thing i dont like is how long it sometimes takes to recive codes in email.
Pros
- Really like that this platform is a great way to promote two way communication. Mobile version is awesome.
- They are motivated when other staff see what they have been recognized for as well. The sense of community where people can "cheer each other on" has had a positive impact.
- I also love that the money received can be redeemed for amazing gift cards. Whether you want food, retail, or just a standard gift card, you have that option.
Cons
- I have found that people have submitted nominations, but we were unaware of these nominations because there is no alert system.
- We only get $5, and if we do not give out that $ we loose it at the end of the month.
- We have had a couple of missed Anniversaries that weren't acknowledged on the platform- not sure if internal issue or Motivosity. Can't think of anything I don't like.
