The software is still evolving a new features are added every semester that are really useful ! The Support team is great and helps a lot with all questions I might have on how to use the product, challenging my templates etc. Cons: I'd like to have verbatim analysis. It's a great tool when you want to start-out performance management within your business because it has a lot of features, customization, and is very simple. However, we are now around 800 employees and I think we've outgrown this tool and we need something a bit more robust that offers a more holistic perspective. Ratings Breakdown 3 Ease of use 3 Functionality Pros: Elevo is easy to setup and working with them has also been super seamless. Their support team is very helpful. I think the tool is great for starting out and you can customize a lot. In the beginning we used it for 360 Peer Feedback as well as performance reviews and since then we've moved to performance reviews only. I think there could be more "in-tool suggestions" or tutorials on giving feedback or writing feedback about yourself to help out people that aren't comfortable with it or familiar with how to use the tool. Cons: Elevo can be a bit difficult to understand when it comes to filling in the review, it would be great to have actual examples or better training offered on this front with users. When I first started using the tool I really didn't understand how to calculate things and what all the sub-category boxes meant.
