Cant really provide what we dont like at this stage.

I was using the app at the start when there were a few teething problems. These have by and large been erased now though.

I like that it tracks your steps, you can do challenges with other people and it also has great rewards. The mindfulness section is also a really big plus for me, I use this quite a lot.

I like the community feeling of it - we use it company-wide and can challange each other.

The integration of fitness trackers such as Apple Health and Fitbit are very helpful and offer excellent ways to combine own personal habits with a celebratory tool / work incentive.

The software looks great, can be personalised and is easy to use and navigate around.

I have to say that the level of engagement has been incredible from all of the colleagues who have downloaded and used the app. Feedback is positive and that helps me justify the investment.

I like the eas of use...it helps me to meditate. Mostly I used this for mediation.early in the morning.they have a good collection.i also like there mediation courses.

I loved how easy it was to onboard the whole company and the ease of use means it’s used by virtually everyone in the business daily.

It was really straight forward to implement and launch. Once the decision had been made to invest in GoVida, because  of the support and clear direction received from GoVida, it was simply and quick.

Feedback from employees has been positive on the motivation and redeemable rewards which supports the other wellbeing initiatives BDO promotes.

The app is very easy to use, understand and helps awareness of deficiences in certain areas of wellbeing. I really like the challenges and it made me want to improve on each target daily.

The difficulty to coordinate with the apps that provide the input of the information of workouts, sleep... couldn't connect with Zepp, my smartwatch activity app.

Overall, this has added an excellent reward system to my personal life; as well as a healthy way to build rapport with my team.

App is easy to use, integrates with my phone well and is a great motivator to keep up my exercise and wellness.

Very good, it has encouraged me to join a gym and get fit.

Easy to use easy to download and easy to administer.

For example, GoVida sends a notification to remind me to take a deep breath which annoys me.

If GoVida is synced first,  not all of the data is captured. This means that on occasions the app has not recognised all my steps, and subsequently miss out on the extra points.

I cant find anything that I don't like about the app.

I really liked the fact that it can be accessed through an app and can track rewards from there.

Some of our employees are reticent to adopt the technology because they are worried about privacy concerns both externally and also worry about monitoring from our company internally.

I can access to some programs, I dont know if I have to pay for them, or they are just not available in my organization.

It help me in building my exercise plan, so to had a better health in this busy schedule life.

I love I can choose from a lot of activities, classes, intensities. I love yoga and have found a million classes and meditations options to practice.

Going on my phone can be distracting during the work day.

Ease of use and rewards for using it often. I like the idea of rewarding our good behaviors rather than punishing ourselves for not participating in healthy behaviors as much as we would like to.

Navigating the company challenges was a bit tricky.

The app on my phone is clunky and difficult to navigate.

I like the rewards option. It motivates me to engage with the app because I know that there is a potential win by accumulating points.

The points seem to add several weeks afterwards which makes it hard to know which activity it is even linked to.

It has great resources for on the go workouts that you can do anywhere.
