  • Her ability to effectively convey information and respond promptly to inquiries was impressive and greatly contributed to a smooth and pleasant interaction.
  • She was always responsive and attentive, providing prompt and helpful assistance. The occasional minor oversights were outweighed by her overall effectiveness and dedication to addressing my needs.
  • I found working with Abby to be a pleasant and productive experience, and I would gladly engage with her again in the future.
  • Cons

  • There were a few instances where I had to bring small errors or omissions to her attention, which could sometimes cause minor delays or require additional follow-up.
  • It may not be ideal for a counseling service as it tells leads their call is recorded, which may lead to a lack of confidentiality.
  • Price a bit high and features very difficult to master.

  • Its automation of financial tasks, robust reporting capabilities and integration with popular accounting software has greatly improved our financial processes.
  • My experience has been great. They eagerly accept user feedback and seem to want to improve, but I think they are doing great already.
  • I love seeing exactly when an expense report is going to be reimbursed and I love receiving notifications when a payment has been scheduled and when a payment is processing to hit my bank account.
  • Cons

  • I had problems reaching customer service when there was a problem and it wasn't always clear when there was a problem was it coming from my end or from the customer end.
  • At one point, we were unable to send a certain zero dollar invoice which was frustratign because even though it had no monetary or collections effect, it interrupted out logging process.
  • I feel things started getting worse around the time they went public, but that could be a coincidence. Pricing has gone up considerably in recent years.
