I have realised after sending an estimate with the link that a customer can accept or decline estimate 9 of 10 the customer purchases the product or service. Also goodbye to send banking details as all the details appear on the invoice as well as a link to process the payment.

The link to online self service is too long, it appears dodgy thus few customers uses the qoute request function hence still using the clumsy text and email system.
