Customer support is second to none with a monthly support contract, any issues are quickly resolved over the phone and via team-viewer.

We like the ease of quoting jobs from price lists, easy to print job sheets and delivery notes, quick to send emails and marketing tab.

Lack of basic advise and support with set up/configuration post install. Poor communication from sales on road map.

I find it easy to use and when I have any problems then the support staff are helpful and get it sorted quickly for me.

When a stock item goes up in price it doesn't automatically do anything about your sub-assembly price. I might be wrong but I find this to be the only thing I don't like.

The really great thing about Clarity is that is modular so you can grow the system as your needs grow.

My least favourite aspect is that Touch Systems keep adding more and more features without fixing fundamental problems. This is very frustrating and counter productive.

Fairly straight-forward interface with easy on the eye graphics. As logical as most transaction software systems.

Great for planning production and quick and easy quoting.

It has all the elements I need for an accurate and comprehensive quoting mechanism.

The reliance on a physical server is a hindrance.

It saves time, and has dramatically improved the performance and daily running of our organisation. It has endless helpful features and is regularly being updated.

I like the fact it is very user friendly with many options for various degrees of quoting and running production, I also like the sales projection and look back studies.

Easy to use and navigate, simple to build in new products and assembly's to my requirments.

Once through to the right person, the staff are attentive and extremely helpful. In my experience, the most responsive were the technical team with the training and query support.

Don't like the use of 0845 customer service number couple with long wait times (& therefore extortionate costs for mobile users).

The support team are excellent and open to development suggestions at all times if there isn't an instant fix. I don't believe you will get such opportunities with some other platforms.

I think the system is not integrated well with Connectwise.

Ability to get quick approvals through online approvals.

The finished products always look great. I like that we are able to highly customize our quotes with ConnectWise Sell.

Can't always trust etilize search and pricing. Basic missing functionality.

With CWSell formerly Quosal , you have templates to choose from when formatting your quotes, this make building simple quotes easy.

In addition there is no clear answer on how parts are created within CW or Sell and how those work between the system. The admin functionalities are very weak.

Slow to create templates, software is buggy and temperamental. Very difficult to format professionally.

In addition the reporting is awful. What sale program can show you a report for how many sales were won in a month, week, day...its very frustrating.

Also, I find myself struggling within the fields if it’s a large quote with a lot of products.

The QUOTE button on the Opp page still does not work, FYI.

It creates beautiful quotes that look so professional.

We get comments all the time about how great our quotes look. Definitely an improvement from our last quoting tool.

It’s super easy to use Love manage integration.

It works fairly well for what it is supposed to accomplish.

Tight integration with Connectwise and Real-time lookups for pricing and product availability make Connectwise Sell very powerful.

End user input is critical for accurate reporting. Not good as a stand alone option, so quite pricey when taking the complete ConnectWise package.

The product screens are vague they do not mirror the connectwise product screens. Which can make it difficult to work with.

I like the etilize feature to pull in product and descriptions from distributors, as well as the quote format and the ability to approve online.

Also, I find it soooooo frustrating to have an error in Quosal, but will not tell  the cause!!!  For example, our ConnectWise Admin selected some products to make inactive.

Support is generally helpful and effective in solving issues. The biggest return on the investment has been in improving consistency and efficiency in quoting.

The interface to distribution is good, real time on hand, pricing works great. Administration capability is strong.

ConnectWise Sell is easy to use and we can quickly get a professional quote out the door with Sell. Sell has streamlined the process from customer approval to ordering.

Lots of capabilities but requires a good bit of training.

The integration with Connectwise Manage as well as the user friendly web portal for clients are the some of the best features of Sell.

If it's not in ConnectWise is hasn't happened is still very alive at TriTech, so we need ConnectWise Sell so the data is all in one place, it make us look smarter than we sometimes are.

Worst of all that we tested; expensive and incompetent.

Setup was pretty easy and we have been able to modify our templates without a hassle. The integration with our vendors makes setting up quotes a snap.

Also, we have no way of calculating commission correctly.

Beautiful easy to use web based interface, integrates with other systems. Overall very happy with the product.
