I think the system is not integrated well with Connectwise.

Ability to get quick approvals through online approvals.

The finished products always look great. I like that we are able to highly customize our quotes with ConnectWise Sell.

Can't always trust etilize search and pricing. Basic missing functionality.

With CWSell formerly Quosal , you have templates to choose from when formatting your quotes, this make building simple quotes easy.

In addition there is no clear answer on how parts are created within CW or Sell and how those work between the system. The admin functionalities are very weak.

Slow to create templates, software is buggy and temperamental. Very difficult to format professionally.

In addition the reporting is awful. What sale program can show you a report for how many sales were won in a month, week, day...its very frustrating.

Also, I find myself struggling within the fields if it’s a large quote with a lot of products.

The QUOTE button on the Opp page still does not work, FYI.

It creates beautiful quotes that look so professional.

We get comments all the time about how great our quotes look. Definitely an improvement from our last quoting tool.

It’s super easy to use Love manage integration.

It works fairly well for what it is supposed to accomplish.

Tight integration with Connectwise and Real-time lookups for pricing and product availability make Connectwise Sell very powerful.

End user input is critical for accurate reporting. Not good as a stand alone option, so quite pricey when taking the complete ConnectWise package.

The product screens are vague they do not mirror the connectwise product screens. Which can make it difficult to work with.

I like the etilize feature to pull in product and descriptions from distributors, as well as the quote format and the ability to approve online.

Also, I find it soooooo frustrating to have an error in Quosal, but will not tell  the cause!!!  For example, our ConnectWise Admin selected some products to make inactive.

Support is generally helpful and effective in solving issues. The biggest return on the investment has been in improving consistency and efficiency in quoting.

The interface to distribution is good, real time on hand, pricing works great. Administration capability is strong.

ConnectWise Sell is easy to use and we can quickly get a professional quote out the door with Sell. Sell has streamlined the process from customer approval to ordering.

Lots of capabilities but requires a good bit of training.

The integration with Connectwise Manage as well as the user friendly web portal for clients are the some of the best features of Sell.

If it's not in ConnectWise is hasn't happened is still very alive at TriTech, so we need ConnectWise Sell so the data is all in one place, it make us look smarter than we sometimes are.

Worst of all that we tested; expensive and incompetent.

Setup was pretty easy and we have been able to modify our templates without a hassle. The integration with our vendors makes setting up quotes a snap.

Also, we have no way of calculating commission correctly.

Beautiful easy to use web based interface, integrates with other systems. Overall very happy with the product.

They provide amazing service and support, and best of all our customers and dealers love it. Because it is so user friendly, we continue to find new products and services to add to our portfolio.

Ease of setup was very easy. Day to Day usage from relatively easy.

Keeping an invoice open for an extended period of time like that could hurt business continuity ratings.

In addition, there are certain idiosyncracies that we have had to learn to manage (ex. if you process a quote in a certain way, its integration can fail).

We have recently migrated from ConnectWise PSA to Autotask PSA and the Integration with both products is excellent.

We love the acceptance procedure, Paypal integration is great, as is the link to Infusionsoft.

Socket has no customization at all. The biggest challenge we found is that each line item would not display its discount.

Overall, Quoter is my favorite software to work with in my day-to-day. It's quick, provides clean quote templates, and is simple to customize and manipulate.

The initial setup time and template creation is quick and easy.

Pricing was very competitive compared to other products and a huge factor was the set monthly fee as opposed to the pricing per user which worked out very expensive when comparing other products.

Ease of integration, ease of use, amazing support.

This gives them the option to pick or choose as they require. The Support has always been excellent when reaching out and we have not had a single incident/outage that I can recall in our time.

I had trouble with the stored product pool, but that was on me for not learning to use it properly.

Improved sales efficiency and more effectively integrate quoting into your sales process (especially if you use Hubspot).

The additional cost for a company that does a high volume of quotes in another CRM makes it tough.

The Ease of the Price Book entry. The template works very well for our needs.

There was the so many capabilities which is  exciting because the invoices can be very tailored to your business. The invoice itself looks professional and very tailored to each project/proposal, etc.

Our experience with Quoter has, overall, been excellent. It is cost-effective, integrates well with our PSA (Autotask) and allows us to quickly and easily generate large volumes of quotes.

The recent release of Optional Items is a great feature which will allow us to upsell items to customers that we wouldn't previously include on the quote.

When quoting in US or Canadian when saving a Canadian quote in US funds by accident i cannot go back in and change currency it's greyed out.

We started with SocketApp and that was serving us well. But each time I would have a pain point or wish for an added functionality Quoter added that on.

The support staff has been awesome along the way helping me with the learning curve of making changes in the way we wanted the template quote to look and work for us.
