My only complaint and it has nothing to do with the software is finding the time to teach myself how to implement all that it can do.

It has also supported our need to manage our Installed Base of products and to allow Parts Ordering after the sale (by both internal support staff and by our customers via ecommerce).

Many obstacles popped into play as we were trying to implement the software. Many additional services we needed were an additional expense if we wanted to implement them.

The product is very easy to set up and use out of the box, but EC has also been willing to go above and beyond in helping us to customize the solution to meet our unique business needs.

It was easy to teach the Salespeople how to use. An hours' worth of training and all of our reps were able to be self-sufficient using the tool.

The issues we experienced along the way were most often associated with our data or with unclear functional definitions on our part.

They consistently rave about the improved professionalism and reliability of information that is being managed through the Expedite Commerce system.

Excellent, Intuitive, Flexible and Robust CPQ Solution.

Our end users find the CPQ features intuitive and easy to use. We have been pleased with the continuous improvements and expanded feature set of their CPQ products and services.

But the Expedite Commerce system is super simple and easy/intuitive to work with and we've seen adoption continue to improve month-by-month.

After discussion with the Expedite Commerce team, I understand the need to use the package objects, but it was a bit of a frustration early on.

They have come up with great ideas to suit our needs, help steer us in the right direction if needed.

Lighting Experience is not the easiest to navigate.

Yes, the software was very very good. But the service we got from Expedite and collaboration we experienced during the initial development was just fantastic.

Support is really good and because of this tool, we do not have to have several consultants who only work on this tool fix issues. I am very pleased with the company and product overall.

The Logic box team was very helpful at all time they always tried to make our solution work at the best price.

Sophisticated system that is easy to navigate and has great features.

It is very easy on the eyes and makes it simple to understand what section you are looking at. You can follow leads and projects quickly.

It saves so much time and provides so many resources. There are things they could do to make it more user-friendly, but we are happy with it.

All in one out of the box. Great Functionality and excellent support.

For our business we input pictures for our customers and we have to upload each picture individually then only 3 per page. To put in 15 pictures takes at least 5 minutes, which seems crazy.

Ease of use, navigation and  cloning ability for repeat customers makes adding a new order a breeze.

Their process is simple they dive into your company with spock like precision to understand your needs (probably better than you know them :) then they build a custom solution to meet them.

It is very simple to do a search, and I have been able to find various information with ease. I cannot rate Value for Money or Customer Support as I have no information/experience there.

I use the product daily and never have any issues with it. I have had things I would like done and the responsiveness has been good.

The name of the sections may mislead you or confuse you when you are changing the configuration.

Our project manager, Dan, was very good at asking the right questions to help us drill down to what our real needs were.

They weren't able to meet all of our reporting requirements. There were also times where the vendors were difficult to get a hold of.

We have enjoyed our relationship with Logicbox from the very beginning. The response time and communication on requests is very good.

Great experience, enjoyed the ease and comfortability of using the software. Would highly recommend this to friends and family.

It is a mobile data base/office. The program is reliable and relativley easy to use.

This software is very versatile. There are as many options as you want or you can keep it minimal, either way it is very reliable and easy to use.
