When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

We could use a bit more customization, but it's hard to complain when the software eliminates a huge portion of work for us.

There are limitations to the actual estimate portion, and we've had to create separate sections for timelines, which can be redundant and inconvenient.

The professional result and integration with Hubspot making it very easy to use.

It is simple, with a less is more approach to design. The result is a beautiful quote, easy to read and with many features like auto approve, pricing tables, images.

It sucks at exporting PDF looks really bad when printed.

I am missing some specific features, a refererral scheme etc.

Overall, I had a great experience with Qwilr even though it is a bit out of our price range for now.

It's difficult to add my Company Logo. It's not impossible, but it's not straightforward.

Qwilr, has allowed us to greatly improve our proposal sending to clients, and better layout the pricing and items they are getting so they better understand it.

Amazing professional platform that is quick and easy to set up and edit. One amazing factor with Qwilr's  simple interface is the fact that you can still make changes even after sharing files.

It's very easy to send out with the link and is fast to set up. I also love the fact that we are saving paper.

It would even speed up my work, when I could duplicate a cost block with just a klick.

Its really simple and easy to make great documents to present to customers. They look really professional and I think is a good way to start a relationship with a potential customer.
