  • Pros

  • The best thing about JobNimbus is the staff behind it. The customer service is outstanding.
  • I like the ease of use on the smartphone and simple to navigate.
  • Cons

  • I hate all the double and triple entries that have to be made. There are about 100 steps to put in an appointment with a new customer.
  • TERRIBLE mobile apps (IOS & Android). It's so bad our field guys have resorted to opening the desktop version on their browsers.

  • The professional result and integration with Hubspot making it very easy to use.
  • It is simple, with a less is more approach to design. The result is a beautiful quote, easy to read and with many features like auto approve, pricing tables, images.
  • Cons

  • We could use a bit more customization, but it's hard to complain when the software eliminates a huge portion of work for us.
  • There are limitations to the actual estimate portion, and we've had to create separate sections for timelines, which can be redundant and inconvenient.
