Sophisticated system that is easy to navigate and has great features.

It is very easy on the eyes and makes it simple to understand what section you are looking at. You can follow leads and projects quickly.

It saves so much time and provides so many resources. There are things they could do to make it more user-friendly, but we are happy with it.

All in one out of the box. Great Functionality and excellent support.

For our business we input pictures for our customers and we have to upload each picture individually then only 3 per page. To put in 15 pictures takes at least 5 minutes, which seems crazy.

Ease of use, navigation and  cloning ability for repeat customers makes adding a new order a breeze.

Their process is simple they dive into your company with spock like precision to understand your needs (probably better than you know them :) then they build a custom solution to meet them.

It is very simple to do a search, and I have been able to find various information with ease. I cannot rate Value for Money or Customer Support as I have no information/experience there.

I use the product daily and never have any issues with it. I have had things I would like done and the responsiveness has been good.

The name of the sections may mislead you or confuse you when you are changing the configuration.

Our project manager, Dan, was very good at asking the right questions to help us drill down to what our real needs were.

They weren't able to meet all of our reporting requirements. There were also times where the vendors were difficult to get a hold of.

It is a mobile data base/office. The program is reliable and relativley easy to use.

This software is very versatile. There are as many options as you want or you can keep it minimal, either way it is very reliable and easy to use.

What I like the most is that I am able to show reviews from customers on my new quotes that I send out. I am also able to use a template.

Probably the only limitation of the software is to be able to do bulk edit of records such as products, quotes, etc.

Customer support are amazing and were able to answer any questions with ease, responded very efficiently and were always very friendly.

Sometimes I get a bit confused when trying to do some tasks. I sometimes get a bit confused around sending the cover email and viewing that cover once it's been sent.

Integrates with Xero and I like the ability to see when the customer has received and opened the quote. It's so easy to use and I wouldn't use anything else.

This feature needs some work. Often the quotes don't get passed the clients spam filters.

Lightweight and user friendly, it has made our quoting process much more streamlined. The dashboard and business information is helpful as well.

We found several to choose from, and although this cost a little more than the others, we are pleased with our choice.

Quotient feeds seamlessly into Xero matching quote numbers, job numbers and invoice numbers and making client management (at least in this area!) completely painless.
