Their willingness to adapt the software to our needs and real-world issues has been tremendous. As our team uses the software and identifies "nice-to-haves" they are very receptive to getting those added in future releases. We've got the ability to fully customize Quotes, Reports, and other forms. This has made integrating to reports in Business Intelligence tools really easy and gives us the control we want to make a professional quote to every RFQ a reality. Cons: We were an early adopter of VistaQuote and there were settings and options that didn't exist but with feedback from us, they have implemented the majority of our suggestions.
