Their scores were suspect and the creatives more often than not did not provide good composition. Often, the core part of the images would be out of frame and the text would be placed in awkward ways. You give it some basic info about your products and then it produces artwork and text samples for you to choose from when making your ads. Then you simply copy and paste and upload the art into your chosen platform and you're done. I also like the UI and UX, and how everything is easy to understand. #### Cons Many of the visuals are hit-or-miss. They tend to be random combinations of elements that can either look great, decent, or awful. As long as you do not require customer support the product works well. #### Cons Terrible back office process design and customer service. No download library. Customer service who don't know the product and give wrong advice. Broken refund process in which they cancel accounts without refunding payments. I asked about the download library as I lost access to my previous downloads (an absolutely essential feature and extremely basic). I was told first there wasn't one. Fair enough. Was told also that previous downloads have a red shape around them. Tried to find creatives with a red shape around them - couldn't find any. Went back to chat support, now told I need to resubscribe to get access to old downloads. Okay I thought, download library really should be a core feature but okay, so I paid to re-sub. Turned out,still no access to my downloads, so I was told incorrectly twice I would have access and it isn't actually possible. Finally I give up and ask for a refund. No response, had to chase. No problem, was told 5 days. And now a week later I log back in and not only have I not received a refund - my subscription has been cancelled also not active even though I have paid for it!! I am counting 5 or 6 events here where the support process has failed. No one seems to care, maybe because I am on a cheaper plan but this is some of the worst experience with an app can remember. At time of writing again offered a refund (3rd time it has been promised). Yet nothing else, no gesture of credits or anything. Truly terrible. Whole company needs a redesign of its customer service processes. I started my "free trial" by selecting a plan for $21 to get access to my free trial. Used the software for 3 days trying to get any usable results. There were a total of 3 even slightly usable ads which my clients turned down. So I decided it wasn't a good fit and I would continue to create manually. Forgot completely about it because it was a free trial. Figured worse case scenario there would be a $21 charge to my card and I would then remember to cancel and be out $21 no big deal right. Wrong they send you emails that go to your spam I'm sure on purpose letting you know that you have to re-select your plan before your trial ends or it will default to a $150/ month plan. That's just scummy business practice. Atleast develope a good program if your going to screw people over with it. I then disputed charges and recieved refund from my credit card company with proof of the emails going to spam and their illegal bait and switch subscription business practices on auto renewal. They then proceeded to fight the charge backs and won. It made the creative process much faster and produced pretty impressive creatives. #### Cons It didn't allow me to mass-produce with different headlines and subhead lines for Approval or A/B testing. Sometimes just a slight change is what I need, but without that slight change (like shifting an element up, down, left, right) the image is unusable. Also, sometimes when I click a button, nothing happens. I have to refresh the page or start all over to make it work properly. #### Reasons for choosing AdCreative.ai I considered live designers, but that option was much more expensive.
