If you can diagram a process, you can build a management system for it. We've gone far beyond help desk applications, building bespoke project and investigation management tools that outpace other commercially available apps that are an order of magnitude more expensive. We have even leveraged it to operationalize our COOP, automatically assigning tasks to prepare for weather and other events, giving senior management instant insight into preparedness and and disaster recovery. Cons: Because it's based on SharePoint, it does share SharePoint's limitations. Namely, the 5k row view limit and occasionally slow performance. Not as many features as Adobe, but easy to navigate and works fairly well. It has a great feature where you can add the program to Microsoft Word so you can write an article and with a click create a Nitro pdf. Great competition for Adobe Cons: It has sometimes failed to open some pdfs. And I have experienced it crashing a few times. It is not as quite as good as Adobe, but still great for the price.
