It has consistently worked for me. Streamlined all my emails and work faxes together. Cons: When people decide to fax me way too many pages, I pay extra . Also, fax2mail is under the umbrella of a giant company so I had a hard time finding customer support for a simple question. The only way to communicate seems to be email.
