Very easy to use and they are constantly working to improve the product...we love the new report writer...it's a great help.

We have been able to add all kinds of features, applications, and options to our subscription that have made our use of CMD great.

Some of the extra features don't always work well. Ex: state license verification might not actually run the license so it's frustrating.

It'd be great if CAQH could transfer info over to CMD. Also, to clean up some of the bugs with the auto verifications.

The inability to search for locations in more than one way.

That is helpful to me. I have used MD Staff Before and Echo and CMD is much better in appearance. I like that the feature were designed for a Credentialist.

I love all the functionalities of CMD. Very easy to navigate software and I love how it's all broke into tabs.

May be quicker to skip to con section, but here we go. Software is so user friendly and aesthetically designed to mimic the flow of CAQH which is great for a large provider group such as ours.

I love the system so much I requested it be purchased as part of my package with my new employer. Reporting, forms, tasking all are easy to use and helps make the onboarding process seamless.

We like the ease of use and the reporting options.

Sorting & column manipulation is a sluggish. This is the only thing I can remotely think of that needs improvement and is certainly no way inhibiting accessing information.

Automated expiration reminders go out with the providers last name first...looks strange in emails received.

Love not having to complete insurance applications by hand.

Ease of use, organizes our info and can provide some, good reporting functions.

The customer service is wonderful. Support is always willing to accept new ideas and implement them.

Being able to keep the providers information in one location and not on multiple spreadsheets has been wonderful. Sending new providers a link to input their own information has been a time saver.

I like the reminders of the expirations of licensing, and other important documents for physicians so that I can keep track of this information and ensure that this it is kept up today.

Inability to link to NPDB. I don't like the fact that we cannot hide fields.

Recently, I have lost information on my provider such as their photos and practice location information.

Lots of customized reports. Customer service is excellent.

I've been really happy with CredentialMyDoc as it has helped to streamline so many of my daily tasks. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new credentialing software option.

It is a great value to our organization and we saw quick returns on our investment.

There are many things I  appreciate about CMD: the ease of use; the Monday morning  status reports (so nothing slips in the cracks...), the price,  Support,  Reports.

This stores a lot of information on your providers. It is easy to find the information  needed quickly.

Overall my experience with VerityStream has been positive. There has been some times where the help desk has been unresponsive/unhelpful.

The ease of working through each tab and entering information. Being able to generate your own reports and how easy that is.

I like that the software has built in functionality to run expirables and webcrawl. I like the training resources available to us.

I don't like that the company charges for everything separately including revisions of reports, letters that were originally paid for.

The trainers for various pieces of the system have been fantastic, and the overall experience working with the product is giving us so many opportunities for future integrations.

Unless you are contacting them about the staff screen, you will have to wait for someone else to get back to you. After so many questions on the same subject, they stop answering altogether.

We are transitioning to Verity and the team has been excellent.

Overall it's been a good product. Has helped us cut down our time with completing applications and great system for reminders on expirables.

Very functional with many options and features. User friendly and excellent training.

I don't like that it can't be integrated/mapped to our HRIS nor EHR/CERNER applications. I don't like that the reports are built in Crystal Reports and are hard to use.

My experience with VerityStream staff has been pleasant and they are always responsive for our needs.

The most i like about VerityStream is that i make it easy for me to keep record and accurate information for all the provider in the organization, from they personal information to they credentials.

We are beginning our training on the provider portal feature, we a super excited to see that roll out.

This has been a very difficult product to transition from MSOW to Credential Stream. We continue to struggle in daily functions.

The inability to work with providers in correcting privileges is frustrating for the provider and the MSC.

We were excited about this opportuity, but it never came to fruitition. We are still using the system as simply a document storage and reporting system with manual data entry.

The Help Desk has been much more responsive and are providing support in a timely fashion. The company overall is on the cutting edge and always looking at ways to improve their product lines.

It is difficult to customize a different workflow from their standard. Inability to deal with CMEs, cannot edit forms easily.

The integration from initial application to MSOW is a great feature.

Building out the reports has been a bit of a painful process.

Implementation for the CredentialStream (Echo) product was extremely frustrating and difficult from the beginning.

The overall experience has been very good. Works better than any other system we have ever had.

Board certification verifications are frustrating especially those under Internal Medicine.

I like that you're able to Import from a provider's CAQH profile. This is an amazing feature.
