The interface is simple to navigate and I think we get a good value for the money. #### Cons Our initial rollout was a bit clunky. Information sorting and clear steps in the credentialing process have been critical in streamlining our internal onboarding. #### Cons Redundancy of documents (i.e. all license screenshot populate in the documents list when they could just stay in the license field). Finding documents is a bit hard because of this for providers whose licenses are constantly being verified on the back end #### Vendor response Thanks for your feedback! They have automated many of the PSV verification and complete credentialing file quickly.
