About 2x Connect

2x Connect combines data intelligence and AI-parallel dialing technology to deliver 8 to 12 live conversations per rep, at the cost of a basic dialer. This outbound parallel dialing solution offers the following: - Upgrades phone numbers where overlap exists (~40% of the list) - Prioritizes dialing based on numbers most likely to lead to a live conversation - Automatically detects and skips bad numbers, “no answers”, and voicemails - Automatically navigates IVR phone trees - Delivers 8 to 12 live Conversations per Hour per User Sales reps do not spend time on non-selling tasks; they can simply sit back and wait for a live conversation. The wait time is about 1 minute in between conversations.

Tried 10 dialers this year, this is the best I found for combination of performance and cost

Honestly their team is the best part, like most dialers they do a free trial and it went smoothly. The Engineering team responds quick over a private slack channel they give. If you need a Multiline AI dialer that works well and is easy to use for lots of productivity and priced affordably, this is the best option I found.

PROS

20+connections an hour with unlimited dials per month for $150/month. Easy interface, literally one page dashboard shows evrything I need. I don't even know all the complexity on the back end, just that it's screaming fast.

CONS

They're a little early from a feature standpoint but their Engineering team is great and super responsive, already have added features I asked for last month. Uploads need a template which I don't love.

Reason for choosing 2x Connect

Salesfinity: good dialer, lots of features, limited dials in pricing won't work for me Koncert: professional team, decent UI, enterprise pricing was a little high for my needs Orum/Nooks: Caller ID handling is abysmal PhoneBurner: Local presence locks numbers to an area code = multiple calls to prospects from same number Kixie: no AI call disposition yet

Reasons for switching to 2x Connect

ReadyMode didn't perform well and the UI was poor.
