  • Pros

  • Follow-up and support of excellent quality. Nothing to say more, if not a big thank you.
  • The way they trained me to use the platform as administrator is just perfect. I will definitely recommend them to any company who wants to invest in e.learning.
  • Cons

  • There are some limitations to what you can do and it is sometimes hard to find assistance for problems.
  • They are a French based company so sometimes the accents can be difficult to understand especially in the tutorial videos.

  • The product is easy to use and our integration with the product was quite easy.

  • Server issues most of the time. May loose the lead activities.
  • Sometimes due to server issues call recordings are not available which causes difficulties in tracking and follow up.
