There are some limitations to what you can do and it is sometimes hard to find assistance for problems.

360LEARNING offers a wide range of - collaborative - features while keeping things simple & smooth for both the learner and the admin. It’s the best LMS I’ve used so far for that quality/price ratio.

I had great experience with the customer service.

They are a French based company so sometimes the accents can be difficult to understand especially in the tutorial videos.

These courses have also allowed our clients to revisit material that they might have forgotten once their program is completed.

The fully integrated interface : it is easy to create activities, modules, courses.

Easy to use once you've understood all the nuanced behaviors of functionality. Dedicated account manager to answer any questions along the way.

We like the learner engagement and cutting edge feel (Netflix or LinkedIn like). We like the simplicity for the user and for the admin.

The system integration process was easy for me and our pedagogical service. In just a few weeks, we were able to get started our first digital training course in 100 % online blended learning.

Easy to use, scalability, great tool for our leaner, smileys and interactions are cool too.

Every day we save time and money thanks for 360 Learning. We have a better tracking of the trained employees and the employees who have to be trained.

I particularly appreciated this platform for the ease of creation of modules, training courses.

For example, if a program session ends before someone has completed the courses, there's no turning it back on.

I have been using it for only 6 months but I like is the great technical support that I got from their team. They guide me precisely and resolved the problem.

It´s a very friendly platform. However, to give a better view on this functionality I need  more time using it.

It is user friendly and cuts down on the time required to put courses together. It is also easy to use on the learners side.

The very ambitous goal has been reached thanks to an intensively effective onboarding process.

Sometimes you just need to speak to the expert. The immediate saving, meaning if you erase a programme by error, there's no way back.

Overall good experience so far. Users have found it easy to use and this is helping to scale our training and onboarding big time.

They thought about all possible options. They customer support is amazing.

The biggest obstacle for me is the mount of data entry and customization to make it flow for our company.

I bought the program 2+ years ago and still struggle just to open the program and load my data. I have a problems with it every few months.

Excellent value for the cost. Powerful - will do all that I need for marketing and sales, plus more.

It is SO busy that it is difficult to use the tab after tab function leaves lots of sub levels un informed.

The outlook integration is an excellent feature, and we can save all our correspondence to the data base. We send a newsletter to all our clients through  maximizer which is very easy to do.

It needs to be upgraded a little to have the updated look of a current software. The data from way back is hard to track.

I think this product is more suited for small to medium size businesses. They have been in the CRM business for 25+ years, they know their product well.

It is a nice software solution with typical contact management features. Add contacts, set follow-ups, track opportunities, send e-mails.

I have used it personally for 25 years. I saw them migrate to the cloud and enjoy using at home, office and from my phone.

I haven’t really use this software a lot so I can’t really say a lot of things that I dislike about the software.

It was one of the first CRMS I used, I found it very useful and not too hard to maintain.

Now they are trying to coral their customers into the cloud. What once was an iconic product is now  unstable  that will make you regret your purchase and  be on the look for a replacement.

Revenue doesn't accept a negative value making it impossible to use the reports.

It's such a complicated product that I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to a special company that only works on Maximizer. The customer support is lousy.

It's been excellent, the customer service is great and the program is overall very easy to use.

So many features that it takes a while to master. Highly customizable and relatively easy to use for most users.

We ended up moving to a different CRM due to lack of integration with other apps and a partnership with a company that used a different CRM.

It knows the business, hands down the best product in the field. The feature set is amazing and you can track yours customer very easily.

Lack of integration with gmail and google calendar.

It will freeze up and boot me out so I have to sig back in. Not too sure if this may be a connection problem or a problem with the system itself.

No ability to search within calendar, cannot create recurring tasks, customer service is severely lacking.
