  • Pros

  • Follow-up and support of excellent quality. Nothing to say more, if not a big thank you.
  • 360LEARNING offers a wide range of - collaborative - features while keeping things simple & smooth for both the learner and the admin. It’s the best LMS I’ve used so far for that quality/price ratio.
  • Cons

  • There are some limitations to what you can do and it is sometimes hard to find assistance for problems.
  • They are a French based company so sometimes the accents can be difficult to understand especially in the tutorial videos.

  • Functionality is good and support response is excellent. We do not need to consult with a partner we can deal directly with Pipeline which brings down the cost.
  • It was pretty easy to set up and create custom view reports so we could track sales and onboarding activities. It synced to my email which was great.
  • Cons

  • This is the Achilles heel for Pipeline Deals, as the options for integrations are extremely limited.
  • Their are some problems with the soft with gmail and having service call back to fix a problem.
