Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ability to import data from our existing system and then manipulate that data to fit the new program was an awesome feature. This program was also very easy to use.
- My experience with A1 Tracker has been amazing. I mainly deal with insurance certificates of insurance with multiple requirements dependent on contract types awarded.
- This seems like a good software to consider as it allows one to do everything in one. I would like to have a free trial on this one.
Cons
- But because I didn't often utilize these options, I had a difficult time recalling how to make choices or navigate through the menu.
- Our process was very manually intensive, and no one could access business information from outside the office.
- Making changes to settings is difficult for me however I am not always technology savvy.
Pros
- An easy to use and access module with superb support if required. The team are readily available to help and all users benefit from other users experiences and upgrades.
- The rewards of using both friendly and fit for purpose systems are great; our end users are very happy with both products, reflected in their positive feedback.
- The customer service and support is excellent. The ability to schedule reports for automatic generation and other metrics are brilliant for busy managers.
Cons
- The reporting module is restricted to Administrative staff and audit scoring features are limited. Also features in some Smartforms modules are not available in other modules.
- We had a problem with operation employees making their updates at the end of their shift and what could have been a 10 user account then became 50 users at one time.
- Having to have different new chemical approvals for products which are the same but have different manufacturers has been difficult for us.
