Aavaz is a call center software offers that offers an inbound, outbound and blended call center platform designed to be scalable. It includes a variety of functionality tailored to the individual requirements of marketing, sales, and customer support departments.

Aavaz is a cloud-based system that does not require on-site telephony infrastructure. It makes use of the business’s existing Internet connections and comes with an app for android mobile phones that allows remote employees to connect to the system regardless of their location.

The Aavaz system offers sophisticated dialer, PBX, IVR, voicemail and other standard call center functionality. It also includes functions to assist with agent training and performance reviews, such as Whisper, Barge and Listen-in. The software allows users to build their own scheduling system based on staff availability and weekly shift requirements.

Aavaz is suitable for businesses requiring only a few extensions but also scales up to include hundreds of users.

Excellent Call Center Software. It was a game changer for us!

Great integration with Twilio without any issues. It was also very easy to customize our campaign when we don't have a very common call center structure or product. Reports function is extremely helpful in keeping an eye on our call team.

It was initially a little harder than other on line software to figure out for the non tech savvy.


I learned that the support group makes a huge difference & Aavaz has an amazing team that will always take the time to assist. In my experience, Jessica really took the time to understand what our company does & our call goals. She offered advice on how to organize the leads. The reports function is also something that I believe far surpassed any of the other software I looked at.
