this is efficient with small businesses online and in the call center industry. It is easy to use and hassle free.
CONSit only has a 7 day free trial which I hope they can extend at some point so we can enjoy the full benefits of the service

Excellent Call Center Software. It was a game changer for us!
Great integration with Twilio without any issues. It was also very easy to customize our campaign when we don't have a very common call center structure or product. Reports function is extremely helpful in keeping an eye on our call team.
CONSIt was initially a little harder than other on line software to figure out for the non tech savvy.

A good call center suite for sales and marketing team
As part of outbound sales, Aavaz was used as a call center for making foreign calls. It was quite beneficial in terms of integrating with the CRM and carrying out the sales process's calling actions. Its features helped people save time and overcome recording issues.
PROSThe Aavaz's most appealing feature is its progressive and predictive dialers. It eliminates the time spent waiting for an answer, and it saves a significant amount of time. Call recording is done so that it is simple to go back and review previous calls in order to learn from past mistakes. Integration with SugarCRM was simple to set up and utilize.

Say goodbye to dropped calls!
I cannot say enough about the Preview Dialing feature included here - what an excellent tool to help facilitate transactions/conversation with the clients. Saves me the time from having to review case by case before reaching out directly.
CONSSet-up was confusing at first but once the system was up and running, the navigation proved to be very user-friendly.
