The application is a technical support persons worst nightmare.

I had a horrible experience. I paid for ACT standard ($40).

I love Act!, the functionality, the ability to customize, detailed reports.

The customer support is wonderful if you are a premium member. Whenever Microsoft Windows has an update a lot of my programs need some adjusting.

Sometimes switching between databases causes the software to crash. It has been a problem with most versions we have used.

I would highly recommend ACT! as a CRM and marketing tool. I like the mail merge as I send out mass emails to large groups of owner/investors/tenants.

The tech support is horrible and the sales people are misleading (so as to not call them liars).

The only thing I liked about ACT was that it stored my contacts. The interface was so clunky that it wasn't good for much else.

Very difficult to integrate with email server. Complicated email attachment.

This is the single worst product for being intuitive I have ever used. It is convoluted, ridiculous and an enormous waste of my time.

It helps us keep on top of our orders as they progress through our system. It also allows us to look back at a customers history.

Integration options are great. Organization of sales leads and next steps.

Overall, Act is good to find information quickly. I highly recommend using it for your business.

Use to track comments, emails, and other communications and DOES NOT integrate with outlook in the newest version,  They have messed up and really need to start over or do another upgrade.

I love all the features that meet the needs of financial advisors.

One of the features I like best is the history. It is great to be able to look back to meetings, calls etc to see what I said, did etc.

I loved the software because of its user friendly platform and it is very versatile and flexible. It allowed me to  easily customize the software to my unique needs.

It's link to outlook and ODBC is good and it is a stable, which being at the core of our business is a good thing.

We have been frustrated over the years by the number of crashes and freezes. Occasionally an import will not import correctly and the data in put into the wrong fields.

I like the integration, If you have high tech ability setting up API is easy to connect to Mobile platform if not running off the cloud. Great for those meticulous in organization.

I love how it was easy to keep track of the people I have already contacted and could really stay on top of my workload.

Worst mistake we ever made was paying for this garbage.

This program is fine, but there is little customer service assistance available if you run into issues, and functionality can be an issue depending on what you’re using the program for.

If you're new to using a CRM or want to keep things very simple, this system can't be beat for the money. It does all the basics with ease.

They also have a large number of plans available, are affordable, and there are a good number of independent technicians out there that can help you with your data, and design third party add-ons too.

I would highly recommend this cost effective platform for sending emails from your data base. My support has been outstanding.

And the support team has been very helpful whenever we need something and helping us make sure that all automations are set up in the best possible way. Our team LOVES ActiveCampaign.

I find the support to be good, and when I need help to figure something out, like a more complex automation that I want to set up, they help me quickly.

It can't stop spam machines created by bad actors. Spam contacts can get in.
