Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and easy to setup, the software is ready direct from installation and the built in reporting and functionality is fantastic.

  • Fantastic product, it's my go to CRM. The best feature is the history I'm able to keep for each contact. Very detailed options and it allows me to accurately track my correspondence.

  • Cons

  • Learning the software has been a little cumbersome but the customer service reps have always been very helpful!

  • A little pricey but worth it once you utilize all its options

  • Very useful applications, it has an extensive variety of features

  • I like how it makes finding information around different users and files easy, also it has helped me organize my work better

  • It is easy to search but I do believe there could be additional ways to search more easily and produce more accurate results.

  • When I access this on my phone, it gets crashed. I experienced it only thrice. But now it runs smoothly
