  • Pros

  • I just migrated to Active Campaign about a month ago. It came highly recommended to me, and it's clear that A.C. has a lot of amazing features that can grow with me over the years.
  • I use the application to run campaigns through promotional mail, i like the ability to send mail to all mailing list, and ability to schedule posts online makes it best for.
  • Excellent integration with lead tracking and tagging and easy to set up automation and triggers to help you stay on top of your analytics.
  • Cons

  • The email editor is rather clunky and can be frustrating at times, especially with regard to the "undo" function. The image selector/inserter is also terrible.
  • I found it really frustrating when I had a problem with one of my automation and there was no resource available in a timely manner.
  • Sometimes, speed and agility can be an issue. When in the interface with multiple templates and graphics may come hard for your pc, and the site may look a bit exhausted and lagging.

  • Constant Contact excels with its user-friendly interface, reliable email deliverability, extensive integrations, and robust automation, making it a top choice for effective email marketing.
  • The feature that I like the best is the ability to manage the communication to a variety of people and split it into smaller groups if I need to.
  • This software can organize all of your email lists. It can also help create some really amazing promotional/news letter products to help the client stay connected with all of those emails.
  • Cons

  • The gym was never opened again and they kept charging us for more than a year. They are refusing to refund the charges and did not stop charge our credit card until we cancel it with bank.
  • Dislike with the Marketing program that you can only have 3 users on the product. Lost of times we needed more users.
  • We felt the customer service was poor and unfair given the extremely low percentage of those who clicked "spam" (2-3 individuals) out of 5-6K recipients on a given campaign.
