Each process is easy to understand and the available customer service is great. Very helpful and efficient.

I like the ease of creating proposals which can be converted into contracts. I also like the marketing function of creating email blasts.

It causes errors when people don't look at the year properly. It's easy to miss. I think there should be a dropdown menu for this to cut down on the amount of scrolling and booking errors.

Dashboard has everything I need to see through out the day. Customer service is super responsive and very pleasant to talk to.

We needed a solution that production, sales, accounting sales would not only use, but LOVE. Their training was perfect.

A lot of business was being lost because of a lack of followup, and not because of any fault of the sales team, but it is very difficult to filer and focus on leads without a good crm.

I mainly use the subscription genius side, it is helpful to keep subscriptions and promo lists under control.

I think the best feature this software offers is the ability to house all of your contacts and interactions.

Easy to use and has great reports that are easy to understand to keep a great view of whats going on in the organization.

Good for client approvals too - all can be down within this system which is fantastic and easier to manage. The ad request tasks are sequenced so you can know where you're at in your workflow.

Great for sales teams to keep track of their prospects, follow-up activities, create multi-product proposals & invoice. The app is very easy to use on the go - great for a sales person.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and always eager and willing to listen to our suggestions.

Sometimes it is hard to navigate. The back button never gets you back to the page you were on.

Few easy steps and you it lays out our flat plan of what will go in that daily newsprint. I love that it integrates with other systems with use as well like mail chimp and Broadcast.

What I like most is the ease of using this product.

We love the ease of building complex contracts. Email contracts with DocuSign and payments build in.

For me I get confused  when I try to use more than 1 tool at the same time.

Like that once I know how to use, that ASG will integrate w/QB for ease of billing.

I love that the software is constantly being updated and many things that we asked for were implemented very quickly.

Our previous system allowed you to download vcards. It also does not give you a report or way of finding out what email addresses are bad.

We are disappointed with the lack of support and features.

We were also told by the sales rep that she never actually said that it did have this feature and unfortunately we were stuck for a full year.

I love that it's very reliable - we are a fast-moving industry and we need quick organization that won't let us down.

It also allows you to set up payment plans and store credit cards, which is a great time saver. The sales reps love the Docusign integration and the reminders function.

This software is easy to use, straightforward when it comes  to learning to use it and overall a pretty good tool you can use daily.

And the best part, as awesome as we think it is, it just keeps getting better. I feel like once every few months there's a new feature added.

Most of the problems we run into are how pages are formatted with the organization of information/ability to perform certain actions when pulling lists or gathering info etc.

I like how bright the dashboard is. I think that there are many ways to set up reminders and log information that is vital for your team and yourself when you work with money and clients.

Overall the experience is good, but a few things could be improved.

We switched from our old platform 2 years ago and could not be happier. The system is so user friendly and the customer service far exceeds any other CRM I have used.

Territory mapping with different colors an layers per state. I love that you can copy and paste your dataset into the software and quickly generate professional territory mapping based on zip codes.

MBO meets our basic requirements. It was easy to install and we appreciate being able to share maps both with other users and also with team members who aren't MBO users.

I manage the sales of a team of geographically restricted territory manager and border conflicts always present a problem.

Maps are visually appealing and can easily update data and format how they display.

Hard to change the dataset of zipcodes from one Territory Rep to another. I usually have to start from scratch and make a new one.

It's impossible to talk with someone, so you have to go back and forth in email which is really inefficient, especially if you have a looming deadline.

Map Business Online was really easy to install, and the switch from the online version to the installed one was very smooth.

Merging my information into the software was a little confusing.

It helps to easily identify  the big dealers which helps to add in sales volume to your map. It is very easy to use and it is user friendly too.

Sometimes difficult to find map options from menu. Not intuitive to navigate around map.

Map organization is severely lacking - there is no way to create folders, and no way to see all maps (ones you created and ones those on your team created) all in one place.

It is quite comprehensive and easy to use. It gives a good visual that all sales people can use and work with.

Our company needed a good substitute for MapPoint, and needed something that could create layers with good costumer service. MBO was the perfect fit for those needs.

I have been unable to use the graphing and it is hard to figure out how to change that.

Sometimes the data that I input will lag, however once it is fully updated the features work as expected.
