Like above mentioned very customer needs focused team, very short reaction time, knowledge of the different languages the different stakeholders are speaking and able to translate it in the neccessary processes. Also great assistance and support in defining neccessary processes if the user is not able to define the processes by himself. Customer Service always does its best to satisfy the customer. They also keep staying calm if users are asking the same question several times.

PROS

A maximum of individual customizing options, really easy to implement and roll-out, no IT-Experts needed for ongoing administrations, administration can be done by "normal" BackOffice and Project Managers. Costs in comparism to other suppliers cheap.

CONS

No Cons, whenever we faced anything that had to be changed or redesigned or didn't work in the way we thought AG-VIP customer support, application development and especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] always found a solution.

Costs, Customizing possibilities, Possibility to establish software on an inhouse server

Reasons for switching to AG-VIP

Because metacall was based on a pay per use what resulted in very high costs and no possibility to customize the software for our needs. Very bad Service levels, sometimes no solution for fixing existing problems, Browser incompatibilities, not really good working software

AG-VIP bietet über das Makromodell und den Oberflächendesigner enorme Möglichkeiten, die Software den eigenen Bedürfnissen und Geschäftsprozessen anzupassen. Das erfordert etwas Knowhow, aber es lohnt sich. So kann man seine Abläufe erfolgsorientiert nach seinen individuellen Erfordernissen gestalten und muss sich nicht nach starren Standardvorgaben richten. Daumen hoch !

PROS

- Möglichkeit verschiedenste Projekte durchzuführen - Benutzerfreundlich für den Anwender, aufgrund von Gestaltung individueller Bearbeitungsmasken - SQL-Datenbank, auf welche auch extern zugriffen werden kann zum Vernetzen von Daten - Automatische Prozesse zur personalisierten Ausgabe von Dokumenten - Integration in unternehmensindividuelle Prozesse und Abläufe - Sehr guter Support, immer erreichbar und sehr kompetent

CONS

Beschreibungen im Handbuch für Makroprogrammierung könnten teilweise ausführlicher und mit mehr Beispielen sein

The flexibilty of the project. Its easy to customize.

CONS

The legazy UI. The missing properties for mandatory fields. You have to do this with macros. The missing events on chaning fields

Das beste an AGVIP sind die Mitarbeiter und Herr Grutzeck. Sehr freundliches. kompetentes innovatives Team. AGVIP ist ein sehr guter Baukasten im Projektmanagement. Schnell und einfach umzusetzen. Mit ein wenig Affinität gelingt jede neue Aufgabe.
