AG-VIP is a Windows-based call center software for inbound and outbound calls, which is available in multiple languages, including English, German and French. Key features include MS-SQL based database, graphic campaign designer, computer telephony integration (CTI), dialer, VoIP softphone, interactive scripting and reporting. The user interface of AG-VIP can be customized by administrators. It allows staff members to import and export data and schedule background jobs. AG-VIP provides a connector to MS-Office, Outlook, Email via simple mail transfer protocol (SMTP), and integrates with B2B website tracker and lead marketing automation tools.
