  • Pros

  • I've been using Aircall for 3years now, and I am quite satisfied with its simplicity and flexibility. It is easy to set up and sync with other CRM tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, Planhat, etc.
  • Aircall has a great UX, like that they also have a desktop app and webapp, good integrations as well.
  • Cons

  • It can be a little confusing to understand the log of calls at first but it's not a deal breaker to using the app.
  • It is really too bad that they have such a bad sales process because my team really likes their product.
