It is very affordable and for the technical support is unmatched. I live and die by my calendar and since my internet email provider still uses IMAP I need a sync tool to keep my laptop and phone mirroring each other. Without AkrutoSync I would be in a heap of trouble all the time and could never have succeeded in my business without it Cons: AkrutoSync is not without the odd technical issue where it stops working, the good news is that you know instantly that it is not working. I have always found the technical support group to be extremely prompt and efficient and very in depth at understanding your environment and then assisting you through getting everything back up and running. Synching was automatic and happened every time I added a new appointment in Outlook. Installation was also very quick. Cons: Sync suddenly stopped working. After 9 hrs of emails to Akruto they decided that "it was my network and nothing to do with their software". I have not changed my router, changed anything on my network, added any other software to my pc or changed by security software. So I have now completely wasted $39. It has been very useful keeping my outlook sync'd between my computer and my iphone. On the couple of instances where AkrutoSync stopped working, the customer support team was extremely helpful in getting the problems resolved. Cons: I didn't like that over the 10 years, the product stopped syncing 3 times. Outlook data is kept in house on our own server as well. Cons: Outlook sometimes acts up strangely if you need to add additional accounts - particularly if those additional accounts are based on outlook.office.com. However, that problem rests in Outlook.
