Amdocs Customer Management is an on-premise integrated revenue and customer relationship management (CRM) solution tailored to meet the needs of communications service providers (CSPs). It supports functionality designed to help CSPs deliver more consistent and more personalized interactions.

Amdocs Customer Management offers applications for customer support, help desk, call center, self service and social media monitoring. These tools enable customer service representatives to provide consistent, informed responses to customers across every channel, from interactions in-store, on company websites, via email or on social platforms.

Amdocs Customer Management also offers a range of applications for multichannel selling, including sales order management, combined sales force automation and quoting, retail point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management. With these tools, CSPs can enable customers to make purchases on whatever channel they want, or to use multiple channels for a single transaction.

Support is offered via phone and email.

Useful Customer Management Software

Pros

cover all major functionalities required for a product under that category with a good performance and stability

Cons

It could be more adaptable, and licensing doesn't allow accurate selection for small and medium buusiness companies using it

Liberty, Good employee care, Fair growth opportunities, Good onsite opportunities and Good work culture

Cons

Amdocs is very selective in its hiring and there is always more work in the project then there are number of people. Also, as there is no bench system, you'll always be working on some project, you will be free rarely. I think the balance has to be restored from the upper management.

Not my favorite softwares!

Pros

At first it really called out to us because of their innovations on their web page and all. We bought it and were very pleased at the beggining.

Cons

After using it for 2 weeks we decided to go with another company because we did not like very much the program itself and the features.
