Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Of the previously used numerous platforms, amoCRM is one of the simplest of them. It has a nice design and extensive integration with a significant number of other tools.

  • I adore amoCRM for its minimalist design and ease of management. All sections have a filter and a convenient task list, and for analytics, you can create sales funnel reports and summary reports.

  • Cons

  • In amoCRM it would be nice to add tools for grouping tasks and creating subtasks. Now it can be done with the help of tags, but it would be more convenient to use the built-in tool.

  • Though amoCRM looks good and easy to use, one of the main problem is that the lead scoring is not flexible but leaving that aside it is a pretty decent product.

  • Pros

  • Good communication, easy to use interface and happy to help account management team.

  • Very user friendly to use. Excellent Customer Support. Really AAA+. Always willing to go the extra mile.

  • Cons

  • Reporting dashboards are all well and good but the exportable reports do not offer enough of a visual representation of performance, it’s all excel.

  • The build component is awesome but would be even better if you could create a specific URL to your brand
