Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Price is phenomenal, super easy to use, up and using within minutes of purchase, ... this is a CRM that makes our company money!

  • Of the previously used numerous platforms, amoCRM is one of the simplest of them. It has a nice design and extensive integration with a significant number of other tools.

  • Cons

  • In amoCRM it would be nice to add tools for grouping tasks and creating subtasks. Now it can be done with the help of tags, but it would be more convenient to use the built-in tool.

  • Though amoCRM looks good and easy to use, one of the main problem is that the lead scoring is not flexible but leaving that aside it is a pretty decent product.

  • Pros

  • Very user friendly for a small business...great customer support and easy to use for new sales staff...great mobile application.

  • I love how you can customize every field, action and flow to how you need it to work. Very easy to make changes and adjustments as you grow and change.

  • Cons

  • Can't merge Leads and Contacts, but otherwise good.

  • The reporting functionality is just OK and clunky to use. Exporting data is not as easy as it could be.
