Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Of the previously used numerous platforms, amoCRM is one of the simplest of them. It has a nice design and extensive integration with a significant number of other tools.

  • I adore amoCRM for its minimalist design and ease of management. All sections have a filter and a convenient task list, and for analytics, you can create sales funnel reports and summary reports.

  • Cons

  • In amoCRM it would be nice to add tools for grouping tasks and creating subtasks. Now it can be done with the help of tags, but it would be more convenient to use the built-in tool.

  • Though amoCRM looks good and easy to use, one of the main problem is that the lead scoring is not flexible but leaving that aside it is a pretty decent product.

  • Pros

  • This tool is very helpful in managing alerts & can be nicely sync with monitoring tools.

  • It's instant. It's very easy to use. Ability to edit and add templates, to customize them to ones' need.

  • Cons

  • customization of the application was a very long process specially if you need to use the most of it. But once it is running, it is worth the pain.

  • its typically slow. It should be fast to use like Jira. rest all feature are very good
