  • Pros

  • I believe that for such features like amoCRM, its price is very democratic - we have it paid off for one successful deal. That it is another definite plus.
  • With amoCRM, we have created a single employee database with contacts and personal data. This helps us quickly contact the right person, and not look for his contacts in the notebook.
  • Cons

  • There is no usual environment for working with mail, there are failures and delays in the delivery of notifications and messages.
  • Thirdly, the technical support service does not work well, employees are in no hurry to solve problems, but redirect them to each other, which takes a lot of time and effort.

  • Coupled with outstanding customer support, Top Producer CRM stands out as a comprehensive, user-friendly solution that has transformed the way I manage my client relationships and business operations.
  • The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts.
  • Cons

  • You can get the name and contact info. No addresses, no notes, no list of items sent to a particular client.
  • You will have to purchase additional subscriptions they do not disclose. IDX is very crappy and unprofessional, unless you purchase from 3rd party and install on your site.
