  • Pros

  • I used Apollo to prospect and cold call, and it has an amazing feature to search companies globally within the app and prospect (think ZoomInfo, but integrated).
  • Easy to use, great filters, fast, powerful. I loved the fact that you can insert personalised fields on emails.
  • Cons

  • I learned this the hard way when I thought I turned off a drip campaign but it was accidentally running for weeks.
  • No Zapier Integration, so was hard to try to sync up email prospecting in Apollo with the leads I had in my Close CRM without doing some manual work.

  • We also get tracking features which is amazing and through this we can also chats in group to make our products fantastic.
  • Integrations work seamlessly, the tool helps us manage a great number of contacts with ease.
  • Cons

  • The constant spam ads/suggested info pages is a bit annoying. If this was not the case, many more of our project managers would be using this.
  • If you have large database of contacts then it will sometimes becomes headache for you because it fails to upload your all contacts.
