Pros/Cons
Pros
- I find easy to search everything in the top bar, the help center has been of great help during my training and solved every issue in a blink of an eye.
- The upload was easy, provides performance metrics, and easy communication. But, what we like most, is the great Customer Support they have provided.
- Very good experience so far and the investors appreciate having a smooth and reliable portal to use to track their investment information.
Cons
- We haven't used the application long enough to discover many negative aspects of the software.
- Site is sometimes slow but otherwise no major cons.
- Experiencing difficulties with a few investors being able to set-up their log-in to the portal.
Pros
- The ability to fund and have investors fill out the esignature agreements and have that connect with the investor portal side, is so helpful and a great time saver.
- Overall, the customer service and product have been outstanding and we have had a great experiencing using the product and our investors love it as well.
- From the start the IMS staff have been incredibly professional, courteous, responsive, and just nice people. That makes a huge difference.
Cons
- Not having a customer service manager anymore has been a little annoying.
- The only complaint is setting up some of the more complicated calculations for distributions when there are waterfall calculations.
- Looks good but has fundamental failures that impede our operations.
