  • Pros

  • Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.
  • Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.
  • Cons

  • The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.
  • The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.

  • Excellent value for the cost. Powerful - will do all that I need for marketing and sales, plus more.
  • The outlook integration is an excellent feature, and we can save all our correspondence to the data base. We send a newsletter to all our clients through maximizer which is very easy to do.
  • Cons

  • The biggest obstacle for me is the mount of data entry and customization to make it flow for our company.
  • It is SO busy that it is difficult to use the tab after tab function leaves lots of sub levels un informed.
