- Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.
- Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.
Cons
- The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.
- The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.
Pros
- The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
- When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
- Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
