Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy use and quick to comprehend for newer users.

  • This program is super user friendly and the customer service is prompt and effective.

  • Cons

  • It was a little cumbersome to set up, but that was purely because of how our previous system was organized. Once that was handled, it worked seemlessly.

  • Minor aspects of the program could be refined to suit our application a little better. This being said, I am confident that working together with GigaTrak will surely lead to future enhancements.

  • Pros

  • The interface is great and the creation of campaigns is easy

  • Mobile handshake is easy, quick and efficient. I can get my leads in quick and send them my contact information within seconds. This saves me so much time and I love that.

  • Cons

  • The initial setup of this software can be a little tedious. It takes time and effort, but once it is set up correctly it really is easy to use.

  • Confusing to learn if first starting out. But once you get the hang of it it seems very easy to utilize and be able to work with.
