Astute SOS is a standalone live chat solution that allows website visitors and social followers to connect to a contact center directly from a brand’s website or app. The solution enables live chat via text, voice or video and is designed for customer service or help desk interactions.
SOS lets customers begin service interaction in their preferred communication channel using their device’s microphone and speakers, via email or using online chat. SOS passes along user data to call center agents, who can use the information to deliver customer service and connecting customers to the resources they seek. Astute SOS also provides one-click escalation technology and the ability to proactively escalate individual interactions based on user activity or customer characteristics.
