The solution allows for the viewing, analyzing and updating of all sales pipeline data in real time. Its online sales force automation feature enables users to design their own customized workflow flowcharts and automate sales processes.

Auric Prospector is capable of automatically tracking leads during the sales cycle along with alerting staff in cases where a lead is stalling. The solution can upload contact information from applications such as Microsoft Outlook to keep all data synchronized, and its Microsoft Outlook calendar integration helps manage daily schedules and record meetings. Auric Prospector's “One Click Forecasting” feature can also generate an objective-based revenue forecast.

very good for medium size companies, easy to use the new version has new features, document management and workflow.

Cons

I would like to get more on line training for self training and to answer questions, also a chatbox could be convenient
