Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the cost being somewhat fair, and I like that most other companies now recognize them. We have been with them since the inception.
- For me, one of the best attributes of the AutoManager platform is the simplicity it provides in designing your website. Very easy to manage, and seamless when entering new pieces of inventory.
- I have used at least 4-5 desking software, so far this is the best. It it great software and they are constantly improving it.
Cons
- Customer service is terrible. It's hard to understand, and they were always annoyed that you even called them.
- Limited Migration Tools, Limited some of the utility.
- There is no "search by vehicle" option that would make this process much simpler.
Pros
- I think my experience has been very good overall. The cost is very competitive and it helps me save time, which is important for a smaller dealer.
- Fabulous, the customer support is great, website is great. It gets done what i need to accomplish to sell cars.
- For an extremely affordable $99 a month having a quality template website with a strong background and the reach of the cars for sale.com platform is an exceptional value.
Cons
- Which is for customer protection, but the problem is the text code doesnt work anymore, so I have to get a call and it causes some inconvenience when trying to multi-task.
- I never used to print, I would just open the doc in CFS. Now I'm wasting paper, which is wasting money and resources.
- However this limitation is a small inconvenience compared to the overall value received for the whole package.
