One of the best, most responsive group of people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Jumped right in, even before we signed a contract, to start developing to our specific needs. Open to customization, making Aysling work for us, not us rework our business to fit Aysling.

CONSSome very basic things like assigning an hourly rate to a specific client, was not standard. Seems weird after decades of working this way that it would not be standard.

Reasons for switching to Aysling
Smartsheet became too cumbersome and labor intensive to fit our need. Smartsheet basically requires too many people devoted strictly to Smartsheet, which as a small business, we cannot afford to have people dedicated to only Smartsheet. Too many limitations on how much data can fit into one Smartsheet sheet, how many links between sheets, links getting broken, just too many problems with Smartsheet.

With this, you can track all the initials of your sale process from a very first step to the ending. Easy tracking and can also look for the upcoming goals.
CONSQuite difficult to understand for every first-time user, can make it a bit simple.

Thank you for your review. Recently Juggernaut CRM was added into our larger solution, Aysling Service Operations. With this move, users now have the ability to run much more than a CRM / Sales & Order Management tool. With this move, we've also partnered with Pendo to create guides, tooltips, and other walkthroughs to assist with the entire setup and daily navigation process.
