Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • love that there is an app. Map is very ease to use. i like being able to grab certain sections of a state or catgorize certain acct types

  • - System was extremely easy to use on the desktop or in the app - App was great to have while on the road - Print out of routes and optimizes to best possible route

  • Cons

  • Had some problems getting it set up, but worked through them with customer service and got out working properly.

  • The cost is high, I wish it was less expensive per month. I understand the value but it would be nice if you offer special programs every once in awhile to help with cost.

  • Pros

  • Great soft phone support, very tweakable, phone logs are easy to access for every call you don't have to dig for them. It's very customizable. Great for call centers.

  • It's easy to use and is so feature rich out of the box it. The organisation loves the collaboration tools.

  • Cons

  • Telephony Features are OK but need some improvement if compared to features provided by traditional IPT vendors like Cisco and Avaya.

  • While dashboard works great, Pure cloud reports are something that can be improved a lot. you have to mine a report data in excel before it can be used in a presentable format
