Helps us seem like a large firm with recurring task lists, mass emails & email storage.

Having one place for customer information whether it was a completed or pending sale, billing or repair issues, and the scheduling of tasks is HUGE - it makes it easy for the remote workers.

After using it for a few months, we asked for our data to be given back to us as the online system doesn't work. Several weeks later and many failed attempts the developers are still unable to assist.

All the CRM features a small business needs on a budget that all can afford. Great customer support - best I have seen for any online product solution.

Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.

They don't have birthday greeting features for leads, it is only possible when they have done deals this is just a weird example. Your email bounce back no reports.

The Mobile version does not include all features that reveal problems in my travel period.

The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.

The program has a very pleasant interface that is orderly and easy to work with. Entering customer is data is both easy to enter and then subsequently to access.

The customer service you keep on banging your head but their support is like if they want they will give else you keep on reminding.

I love the fact that Bitrix24 makes collaboration easy with the team. It also makes Good use of accountability tools since your co-staff are also monitoring the company's general dashboard.

Bitrix24 is very friendly user overall and the basic features are really useful that help teams collaborate and follow up on one another's role. The advanced features require further training.

Too many integration options and features in Bitrix24 can sometimes get confused.

They can not call you and you can't call them. So when you have an issue your screwed.

We got a great deal on Black Friday and they have so many integrations and so many products that you will never end discovering new features.

We used the software in a test environment for 3 months and had problems all along the way. Adoption from our team was minimal as the software was clunky to use.

High level of options, great price, good usability.

I have informed you that we want to leave you and want the money back, but even after months still no answer I call the fraud.

Since during the event management and organizing period we use our telephones instantly, the feature of connecting to the phone number is an amazing feature.

The user interface is ugly. The learning curve is steep with poor documentation.
