Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the user friendly interface and the ease of use. It allows me to see any updates regarding clients and allow my coworkers to stay up to date on tasks and important information.

  • Good value for cost per user. Like the web-based format and the customization options.

  • Cons

  • Had problems utilizing the marketing module, but was informed by customer service how to use it correctly

  • Doesn't let me open up stored files within client record. Have to download to view. There is nothing I don't like about this vendor.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, easy on the eyes, super functional.

  • It works, the team do great work, features trickle in, you provide great support, easy to use, easy to share with other people,

  • Cons

  • My only gripe is the number of "Deals" I get for my tier. It's a tiny gripe to be sure, but an extra five would be great.

  • With simplicity comes limitations. This CRM serves our small company well, but for a bigger company with mare email marketing this is not going to offer you the most robust features
