Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the user friendly interface and the ease of use. It allows me to see any updates regarding clients and allow my coworkers to stay up to date on tasks and important information.

  • Good value for cost per user. Like the web-based format and the customization options.

  • Cons

  • upgrades are a challenge, but they get solved thanks to the PROS listed above.

  • Had problems utilizing the marketing module, but was informed by customer service how to use it correctly

  • Pros

  • Relatively easy to use and deploy. Client interface is mostly intuitive and easy to use.

  • This is the best software I have seen for one on one service providers and it is easy to set up and use.

  • Cons

  • Vcita works great, but I think they are no longer connected with Wix. I'm utilizing Vcita for FREE at this time, but at some point, I'll have to pay.

  • I thought I was going to get a free 14-say trial. But I ended up paying. Would be great to still get the free trial added to my account. Other than that I can complain.
