A great CRM solution to boost the investment process

Overall, we have not used all the aspects of this software. But we have found this tool helpful.

PROS

A fast processing system with a great user interface. It helps a lot to automatic the customer support by sending customized emails. It has a great third-party integration system. It is saving our time & making our workspace effective & efficient.

CONS

It has a complex implementation process. They need to build a better user manual with good customer support.

Great CRM for Loan officers

BPD helps keep client and realtor information on a single site and keeps our team coordinated on loan milestones.

PROS

It allows you to create different labels for your clients and partners which is essential because there are many different scenarios in the loan process. BPD really simplifies the process for us since we can have all this information on one site.

CONS

Lots of features that I have never used it might be helpful to have demos to give you a better idea of how to use what it offers.

Bad Business

I have been a Big Purple Dot customer for a few years. It is, in my opinion, a basic CRM where I am able to put my notes and scheduled my follow up calls. I was on a "Free" trial that ran its course for about a year - I kept on receiving service reminders and I simply responded that I was all set with the free platform. They looked further into my file and saw that I was not paying for their service and demanded that I sign up that day or my files will be emailed to me. With having my whole business in their platform, I reluctantly signed up. I got accustomed to Big Purple Dot but eventually, I outgrew it with my business and what kind of functionality that I wanted for my business. I would pay for the year upfront to receive monthly discounts and now that I have moved over to another more elaborate CRM system (KVCore) they are refusing a refund for the months that have not been used! I will not apologize that my business has outgrown their system but I shouldn't be penalized that to say that I had receive notice during my orientation when ultimately there wasn't one!

I received text messages to contact clientele with full notes

CONS

It was not simplistic to send out blast text messages Could not find someone with just their phone number

Do not even think about using this company

zero help zero value and they dont care

PROS

nothing the interface is dated, the contact importing is not helpful and customer service is very lacking.

CONS

the contact importing is not helpful and customer service is very lacking. No response for 15 days from sign up then when requesting a refund they try to string you along.

Reasons for switching to Big Purple Dot

going back this is very bad product with crappy support and the knowledge base of the staff is below par.
